Water
In simple terms what she is saying in her work is if we improve intake of beneficial water and decrease intake of non-beneficial water we improve our physical health, quality and experience of life, and wellness!
And that as our body internal water state improves so do our thought patterns which LOOP BACK and create even more physical wellness! Plastic Bottled Water has endocrine disrupting chemicals laced in it, our tap water which has now been polluted by the Industrial and Modern Agricultural Age is loaded with toxins.
So what to do? We do our best to make a personal commitment to the pre-plastic Era and Increase our intake of Water in Glass, Decrease our intake of Water in Plastic, if possible Find the Best Tap Water Filtration system for your home that you can for your Budget, and regularly eat high quality vegetables and fruits which contain Absorbable and Beneficially Structured Water by Nature…..
Micronutrients
In our modern world full of “money monkeys”, “profit pigs” and “media madness” our access to good food micronutrients is in short supply. Two things combine to create this shortage: Industrial and Purely Profit motivated farming practices strip the nutrients from our soils and create Hollow Foods so less of them end up in the foods we do eat AND We are Now Eating with Compromised Biological Systems so even if we do eat proper micronutrients our bodies are unable to deliver these nutrients to our cells because of these clogged metabolic highways. So the nutrients can’t be delivered to the right PO Box.
Top Ten list of micronutrients: B Vitamins, C Vitamins, Zinc, Magnesium, Calcium, Potasium, Selenium, Vitamin E, Manganese, Boron.

Macronutrients
Growing up, when outside the house I relied on JOHN, DAVE and RAY to supply my macronutrients while on the move. In fact I met my High School girlfriend in the parking lot outside DAVE’s place just after grabbing a Base Hit Burger through the drive-thru. Life was good, food was fast and girls were charming so as long as my stomach was full I felt good.
With all these fast moving distractions I knew little about how the Rice & Corn, Meat + Potatoes were produced that ended up in the food at JOHN, DAVE, or RAY’S place. What are macronutrients: Carbohydrates (much confusion around these to many simple ones on our menu), Amino Acids (from protein sources), Fats (these feel good especially when we eat them with simple carbohydrates), Water (see water post) and Oxygen (the air we breath in or don’t breath in).
Cheap, Fast, Easy, and Shelf Stable quickly became the business strategy for JOHN, DAVE and RAY and Taste “the teaser” to get your buy in. Behind the scenes as their business grew to great heights the food produced and combinations they sold it in started us all on the path to new lows. So even though the macronutrients we eat from Cheap, Fast, Easy and Shelf Stable are trying to do their job of providing us the energy we need they fall way short in helping us reach our potential.
